Breakfast: Oatmeal and a couple of cups of coffee.


Lunch: First, plain yogurt with Splenda and strawberries then I went to a new lunch place and had

  1. broccoli quiche and
  2. dark turkey, brown rice soup

Snack: Small piece of dark choclate


Dinner: Dinner at Appleby:

  • cheese sticks
  • 12 oz ribeye steak
  • fully loaded baked potatoe
  • steamed and not too crisp broccoli florets and
  • two MGD
