Breakfast: Three hard boiled eggs, mashed, placed between two slices
of whole wheat toast and garnished with low cal Mayo; I also drank water.

Lunch: At King's buffet, a lot of chicken, pork, rice and for
desert, some chocolate and vanilla ice creamme, covered with chocolate
pudding. I drank two "Diet Pepsis".

Dinner: Left over beef stew from last week (it took a long time to thaw
in the microwave), a bag of Cheeze-Its and ice water.
