Breakfast: Egg salad (2 eggs) samwhich on two slices of whole wheat
toast and a can of Zero Carb DP.

Lunch: Plain yogurt with strawberries and splenda.

Snack: Piece of dark choclate and the rest of the summer sausage with a
can of Zero Carb DP.

Dinner: Boiled chicken, rice and broccoli florets (broccoli left over
from last night) and water.
