Snack: (after walking on the treadmill) A little bag of 4 mini dough
nuts and coffee.
Lunch: First, plain yogurt with strawberries and Splenda and later,
an open faced tuna sandwich on a slice of sour dough bread (and a can of
Zero Carb DP).
Snack: a piece of dark chocolate and later, some coffee.
Dinner: Baked boneless, skinned chicken, baked potatoe, boiled
broccoli and later (for desert) a banana.
