Breakfast: McDonald's: two bacon egg cheese bisquits and a potatoe thingie and medium coffee.

Lunch: yogurt and strawberries and tangerines.

Dinner: homemade beef stew with

  1. stew meat,
  2. potatoe,
  3. carrots,
  4. onions,
  5. cooked in beef brouth and
  6. thickened with flour.
To help it all go down, homemade "French Bread" from a can.

Pre-Bed Snack: gin-n-tonic
