and carrots and gravy; I drank a can of Zero Carb DP.
Lunch: Homemade mixture of plain yogurt, strawberries and a little bit
of Splenda; three little boneless skinless chicken strips and a can of
Zero Carb DP.
Snack:: I gnawed on some very stale left over French Bread and had a
couple of small pieces of dark chocolate.
Dinner: A butterflied pork chop, boiled rice left over from last
night, perhaps one carrot from the old bag (the rabbits at work get the
rest!) and water.
Snack: a 1.5 oz bag of Cheeze-It crackers.
