Breakfast: Oatmeal, a peanut butter and grape jelly samwhich and coffee.

Lunch: plain yogurtr mixed with strawberries, then I went to the new coffee place and had a big cup of coffee and a bowl of home made chicken soup.

Dinner: Went to Applebys for:

  1. French Onion soup
  2. steak with sautaed onions
  3. baked potatoe with lots of stuff on it
  4. ice water with a lemon in it...

Pre-Bed Snack: gin-n-tonic
