Lunch: Plain yogurt mixed with strawberries and then from Wally World,
some chicken "tenders" and potatoe wedges and a can of Zero Carb DP.
Snack: Some dark chocolate.
Snack 2: Some of the vanilla ice creamme left over from the office luncheon.
Dinner: Boston Market Roasted Pork (with gravy and garlic redskin
mashed potatoes) and water.
Snack 3: a little more ice creamme...
