Lunch: Plain yogurt with frozen strawberries and Splenda.
Snack: After reading to some 2nd graders at Lynn Elementary, I went to
their "thank you" snack room and had a plate full of various forms of
stewed beef, a piece of corn bread and some popcorn.
Dinner: Boston Market Meatloaf (withi homestyle mashed potatoes and
gravy) and ice water.
