Breakfast: at IHOP for:
- make yourself omelet with double ham and cheddar cheese
- hash browns
- coffee
The service at IHOP was quite poor. There weren't too many people there yet our waitress managed to make herself scarce... They totally screwed up Kathie's order; we had given our order to the on-duty manager so that may have been a contributing factor (yet he got my order done quite well...)
Lunch: I made Carol Shelby chilly modified with re fried beans blended in cold water and drank a bottle of Diet Pepsi
Snack: a chunk of dark chocolate
Dinner: a Healthy Choice chicken with white gravy, mashed potatoes, corn and apple desert. This was followed by a PB&GJ on a slice a sour dough bread sandwich
