Breakfast: spoon sized shredded wheat and coffee
 
Lunch: at the Bucklin Lions for:
  • roast beef
  • roast potatoe
  • roast carrots
  • brown beef gravy
  • roll and butter
  • chocolate cake
  • home made iced tea
Snack: a small amount of dark chocolate and coffee
 
Dinner: Marie Callender's Golden Battered Fish Billet (Fish Fillets with Seasoned Rice Pilaf and Broccoli in a Creamy Cheese Sauce), a chunk of dark chocolate and iced water
