This is a recipe I recently read and is a layer of stew meat with a layer of sliced onions on top and a teaspoon of flour. This I repeated and put a ½ cup of water on it. Then, I put a tight lid on the sauce pan and cooked it over a medium burner for over two hours.
This reminded me of the "French Stew" my Mother made in the late 1960s except she used a red wine and the stew was served over mashed potatoes.Lunch: We went to Taco Bell and I had three taco supreme and split a chip and stuff tray with Kathie. I drank a "Medium Diet Pepsi". The TB worker screwed up Kathie's order and gave her three regular soft shell tacos and our receipt clearly called for "Three soft shell Supreme Tacos". They threw out her three regular tacos and gave her the correct order. Snack: some dark chocolate Dinner: Healthy Choice Classic Chicken & Noodles (Chicken breast with freshly made noodles in a creamy sauce with vegetables )
I'll have to try the next batch with red wine and the mashed potatoes...

It looks like this "Healthy Choice" was not such a "Healthy Choice" for me...)
Snack pre-bed: a soft boiled egg on a slice of sour dough bread
