Breakfast: went to Burger King and had their SOS and coffee
 
Lunch: homemade chilli (I later found out I'd forgotten to put the seasoning package in; I "disappeared" this to a high shelf in a cupboard and will use it privately next week) and bottle of Diet Pepsi\
 
Snack: piece of dark chocolate
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice meatloaf dinner and cold water
 
U1 V0  AM  112  PM  82  (I immediately ate a piece of dark chocolate and then peanut butter and grape jelly on a slice of sour dough bread)
