Breakfast: Kathie's Big Breakfast of:
- scrambled eggs
- coffee cake
- bacon (which I put in a sour dough bread sandwich)
- coffee
Snack: a piece of dark chocolate
This consisted of:
- asparagus before lunch
- turkey
- mashed potaoes (made by me)
- dressing
- gravy
- a glass of cold water
- small cup of no-sugar chocolate pudding (the last piece of pumpkin pie had probably gone bad )
Dinner: Healthy Choice "Classic Meat Loaf" dinner
Pre-bed snack: peanut butter and grape jelly on a slice of sour dough bread
