Breakfast: cheerios and coffee
Snack: small piece of dark chocolate
Lunch: Went to Pizza Hut and had their spaghetti with meat sauce, chunk of bread with cheese and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi"
Snack or Desert: went to the new ice creamme place and had a chocolate ice creamme with chocolate chips and brownie. It was quite good and far superior to the Dairy Queen!
Dinner: Healthy Choice meatloaf dinner and cold water
Snack: piece of dark chocolate
