Breakfast: The last of Kathie's left over prime rib, two scrambled eggs, a half boiled potatoe and coffee
 
Snack: a piece of dark chocolate
 
Lunch: large tuna fish sandwich and cold water
 
Snack: a chunk of dark chocolate and a cup of coffee
 
Dinner:  Healthy Choice Country Herb Chicken and iced water and for desert, some vanilla ice creamme...
