Breakfast: some fried hamburger, 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices sour dough toast and coffee
 
Lunch: a can of tomatoe sauce over noodles and coffee
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice Country Fried Chicken and iced water
 
Snack: some little Oreos as I had forgotten to bring in any dark chocolate...
