Breakfast: creamme of wheat, two slices of sour dough toast, coffee
 
Lunch: left over baked skinless chicken breast, left over baked potatoe and can of Diet Coke.
 
Lunch #2: can of Campbell's Tomatoe Bisque soup and Oyster Crackers
 
Snack: a chunk of two of dark chocolate; I was feeling crappy and this "set me right"
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice (Café Steamers) Chicken Linguini with Red Pepper Alfredo and iced water
 
Snack (post testing): some dark chocolate...
