Lunch: a boneless, skinless, baked chicken breast, a baked potatoe, boiled broccoli florets and both cold water and yet more coffee
Snack: some dark chocolate and some crackers at work
Dinner: Healthy Choice County Fried Chicken and iced water
Snack: a chunk or two of dark chocolate
