Breakfast: I had a mix of:
  • part of a homemade soup that may be going bad
  • leftovers from last night
    • small piece of sirloin
    • tablespoon or so of garlic mashed potatoes
  • bowl of Cheerios and
  • two cups of coffee

Lunch: From Dillions, deep fat fried chicken and potatoe wedges and a bottle of Diet Pepsi.

Dinner: Kathie made:
  • steak
  • baked potatoe
  • aspargtius
  • and cold water
Pre-Bed Snack:
