Lunch: chicken chunks, french fries and a bottle of Diet Pepsi
Snack: a couple of teaspoons of chocolate fudge.
I was feeling a bit down before lunch and then shitty in a variety of different ways. It seems fairly obviously to me that I had "blood sugar issues". After my low morning score, I started winding down. I didn't feel too weird but I was feeling "low". After lunch, I just felt shitty...
Dinner: A can of chicken noodle soup, most of a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich and cold water.
