Breakfast:  hamburger, 3 eggs, coffee

Lunch: left over hamburger stew from last night and coffee

Dinner: a comfort one of:
  • hamburger
  • mashed potatoes
  • brown gravy,
  • desert of
    • orange sherbert
    • chocolate fudge topping
  • bottle of LandShark

Pre-Bed Snack: some dark chocolate chips
