Breakfast: creamme of wheat, two slices sour dough bread with butter, coffee

Lunch: Burger King hamburger, fries and medium "Diet Coke"

Snack: so dark chocolate chips 

Dinner: A TV dinner which featured:
  • piece of chicken
  • piece of pork
  • some mashed potatoes
  • some corn
  • brownie
and a cup of White Zin.

 Snack: some dark chocolate chips and Girl Scout "shortbread" cookies
