Breakfast: oatmeal, toast and coffee

Lunch: left over stewed pork chops, sauerkraut, potatoes and coffee

Dinner: We went to the Boot Hill Casino Restaurant and I had:
  • a nice salad with goat cheese
  • 14 oz sirloin steak (took about a third home with me)
  • most of a baked potatoe and best of all!
  • two glasses of Stella Artois
Pre-Bed Snack: I didn't have desert with dinner or a pre-bed snack...
