Breakfast: hamburger and mashed potatoes plus 2 cups of coffee

Snack: some dark chocolate chips and a cup of coffee

Lunch: chicken noodle soup and peanut butter and jelly sandwich and coffee

Dinner:  Healthy Choice Beef Teriyaka Cafe Steamers and small glass of White Zin.

Pre-Bed Snack: Orange sorbet and chocolate fudge topping and water.
