8 Maqy 2017

Breakfast: creamme of wheat, 2 slices sour dough toast and coffee

Lunch: can of chicken noodle soup, with extra canned chicken and cold water.

Dinner: Kathie made
  • small piece of catfish,
  • aspargius
Emergency snack due to hypoglycemia: piece of sour dough bread with melted cheddar cheese.

Pre-Bed Snack: 

PM 65  

I was beginning to feel weak just under two hours after finishing dinner. I checked my blood sugar and it was low: 65. I then sliced off two slices of Tillamook Extra Sharp cheddar cheese, put it on a slice of sour dough bread and put this under the broiler. I will have this with mustard.
