Breakfast: I decided to make breakfast in my smaller cast iron fry pan and had:
  • 3 sausage patties1
  • two fried and then scrambled eggs
  • 2 big cups of coffee

  • Lunch: We dropped by the North McDonalds (the South McDonalds was torn down) and I had:
    • A Quarter Pounder with only ketchup and mustard and
      • one of Kathie's hamberger patties2
    • freies and
    • a medium "Diet Coke"
    Dinner: 

    Pre-Bed Snack:

    1These are sausage patties left over from the Lions Pancake feed. I got them at cost and they have been occupying a large chunk of available freezer space...

    2Kathie got a double burger by accident and did not want one of the patties. Well, waste not, want not, I ate it...
