Breakfast: Kathie's Big Breakfast of:
  • scrambled eggs,
  • bacon,
  • Serra Lee coffee cake and
  • coffee
Lunch: minute steak sandwich and Diet Pepsi

Dinner: egg salad (2 eggs) sandwich and glass water
 
Pre-Bed Snack: two slices of sour dough bread with butter and a single Reeces Cup
