Breakfast: oatmeal and sour dough toast and coffee

Lunch: 1.5 peanut butter sandwiches (with the half sandwich being a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich) and a bottle of Diet Pepsi

Dinner: a homemade soup of hamburger, chopped potatoes, corn, cooked with beef broth and some store bought "French Dough" bread (which I baked) and cold water

Pre-Bed Snack: a classic
  • gin-n-tonic
  • small chunk bread with grape jelly
  • some dark chocolate chips and
  • Girl Scout shortbread cookies
