Breakfast: oatmeal, toast and coffee

Lunch: boiled pork chops, potatoes, sour krat and Diet Pepsi

Snack: some dark chocolate chips and Girl Scout Cookies and coffee

Dinner: Aunt Jemima pancakes, sausage and a glass of cold water.

Pre-Bed Snack:

As my wife just said "that's kind of high, isn't it?" "Yes, it is!"

I suspect I am sliding closer to insulin. SHIT!
