Lunch: At a Mexican place, taco and two other items plus a nice soup and a couple large glasses of Diet Pepsi.

Dinner: Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast with Gravy, Carrots, Roasted Potatoes and Apple Raisin Crisp and a can of D.P.
