Breakfast: Left over steak from last night, baked potatoe, 3 scrambled eggs, coffee and a can of D.P.
Lunch: A Quiznos "Beef Dip" samwhich, an excellent sauce, potatoe chips and a large glass of (I think) Diet Pepsi...
Dinner: Healthy Choice Lemon Pepper FISH / Apple Cherry Dessert / Rice Pilaf / Broccoli Florets and a can of D.P. (The fish was quite good and almost enuf to get me to start cooking fish again...)
