Breakfast: Oatmeal and coffee and toasted sour dough bread (3 slices) with peanut butter and a couple of cans of D.P.
Lunch: At Casey's Cowtown: Chicken Fried Chickent with white gravy, mashed potatoes with white gravy, corn, roll with butter and a couple of glasses of Diet Pepsi (I think)...
Dinner: Healthy Choice fish and rid and brocolli (the rice jaced up my blood sugar) and waer.
