Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, SOS, bisquite with grape jelly, coffee and orange juice.
Lunch: Montana Mike's 16oz steak (maybe 4 oz fat I removed, "loaded" potatoe, roll and butter, salad with French dressing and several glasses Diet Pepsi.
Dinner: Quiznos steak samwhich and bowl of chicken noodle soup and a Mic.
