Breakfast: Two baloney sandwiches on toasted sour dough bread with two bananas and a couple of cans of DEWY and a cup or two of coffee. (Actually, I had half of this for breakfast one about 6:35 am and breakfast two about 7:40 am.)
Snack: A slice of baloney and left over coffee...
Lunch: A McDonald's quarter ponder, fries and "Diet Coke" without ice.
Dinner: At epilepsy': Their steak and ribs combo, scoop of garlic mashed potatoes, nearly raw broccoli flowers and water. I s;lit an order of brownies (2) and scoops of vanilla ice cream (2) with Kathie. This meal lead to a 2hr-past-eating score of 224! I wonder which item really screwed up my blood? The ice cream? The potatoes? It's hard to tell...
