Breakfast: Well cooked bacon, scrambled eggs, toast (2 slices of sour dough bread) and Serra Lee coffee cake.
Lunch: My wife's "Mexican": Soft tacco shell, mashed refried beans, seasoned hanmberger, "yellow" cheese, sausa, sliced lettuce (2 of these) and all the left over lettuse with the remnants of the seasoned meat and low-cal Thousand Island Salad Dressing...and of course, a can of D.P.
Dinner: Healthy Choice Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Chicken Breast and Broccoli in Alfredo Sauce with Fettuccini Pasta
