Breakfast - Aunt Jemima pancakes, sausage and coffee.
Lunch - McDonalds quarter pounder, fires and large diet coke [my wife asked for a surprise and she got it - the same meal save with cheese...]
Dinner - left over baked chicken, rice pilof and a beer.
Snack - 1.5 gin and tonics [my wife grabbed my glass by accident and drank 1/3 of mine]
This filled my stomach too much and it didn't empty properly before I racked out so I ended up barfing...
