Breakfast: Aunt Jemima pancakes and sausage and coffee.
Lunch: Baked chicken, rice pilof, broccoli flowers and two cans of D.P.
Dinner: Marie Callender's Complete Dinner Southern Fried Chicken Tenderloins witih Scalloped Potatoes & Glazed Carrots (This may not be a "Lean Cuisine" or "Healthy Start" meal but it tasted good and was a nice change for the other "TV Dinners" I eat!)
Desset: Some creamme filled cookies. I was hungry.
