Breakfast: Spoon sized shredded wheat, 2% milk, "splenda", a slice of whole wheat toast with peanut butter and strawberry jam, a can of D.P. and a cup of coffee.
Lunch: Wendy' Double hamberger, baked potatoe with butter, chives and sour creme and a "Diet Coke".
Snack: Several pieces of dark choclate.
Dinner: Healthy Choice Grilled Chicken Marinara Chicken Breast * Pasta In Marinara Sauce / Broccoli Florets and a can of D.P.
