Breakfast: Oatmeal and coffee.
Lunch: Arby's Club salad and half a large order of "onion flowers" and a Diet Pepsi.
Dinner: Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast with Gravy/ Apple Cranberry Crisp/ Carrots/ Roasted Potatoes and a couple of 8 oz glasses of bottled Diet Pepsi (gone a bit stale since it was opened yesterday but then recapped) and finally, a somewhat un-ripe yellow banana.
Snack: I've forgotten...
