Lunch: Eight or 10 samples of chilli and two bowls of chilli; we had a "chilli cookoff" at the office. Desert was two large scoups of my home made vinilla ice creamme and Larry's utterly decadent choclate fudgy topping.
Dinner: South Beach Diet™ Asian Inspired Orange Beef Beef Slices & Brown Rice in Orange Sauce with Broccoli, Bamboo Shoots, & Carrots. Plus a can of D.P. and the left overs from a half cup of coffee.
Snack: A small handful of cashews...
