Breakfast: Breakfast at the double tree
              2 eggs over medium
              3 stripes bacon
              Country potatoes∆ 
              2 slices ham (I paid extra and took one back to the room.)
              Several cups black coffee

________Lunch: We went to Sams for lunch. We had the following for $430!
               large piece pizza (Kathie)
               Quarter pound hot dog with (me)
                  Catsup
                  Yellow mustard
                  Sourkrat 
               2 large soft drink

_______Dinner: We went to Hanger One in Wichita
               6 oz filet (superb!)
               Baked potatoe with butter and sour cream me
               Broccoli florets
               Chocolate cake with ice creamme (we split)
              "Diet Coke"

Snack: 2 gin-n-tonics

Pre-Bed Snack: xxx;
AM 145  PM 195

^∆These are cheap, I'm sure and not very good for us but well worth the cost!.

We're happy to eat at Sams because:

• We like it,
• it is cheap
• it is quick!
