____Breakfast: 1 hamburger patty
               2 fried eggs
               2 slices of sour dough toast
               coffee
 
________Lunch:  A two piece chicken dinner from the Rat KFC: 
                an extra crispy thigh
                a grilled leg (they were out of extra crispy legs)
                mashed potatoes with brown gravy
                a medium "Diet Coke"
                a chocolate chip cookie

_______Dinner:  We went to Gymon Petro and I had spaghetti with meatballs
                Diet Pepsi

Pre-Bed Snack:  Small amount of dark chocolate; I did not feel like drinking.

I was hungry and ate two hamburger patties for dinner yesterday. A couple of hours after finishing dinner, when I had been asleep for perhaps an hour, I woke up gurgling up nasty stomach juices. I kept waking up until between 3 am and 4 am fighting off the urge to barf. Besides that, I had trouble sleeping.

I had the remaining hamburger patty and two fried eggs for breakfast. The grease turned my stomach and it wasn't until I took a nap about 9:30 am that my stomach settled down and I lost the urge - the fear - that I was going to barf!

About an hour after going to bed, the familiar :"fixing to vomit" signals came up so I immediately went to the bathroom and vomited. I then went back to bed and having spared myself hours of misery, went back to sleep fairly quickly,
