So, I took a Indomethacin (5.0 mg CAP) and two extra strength acetaminophen (500 mb TAB). I squirmed several times berore going to sleep and did not awake until about 6:08 AM when i realized that I had slept without awakning all night. The next I knew, Kathie was telling me to wake up. I was shocked by the size of my AM reading (165!) Surely a dinner of home made speghettie saue and store bought noodles and store bought garlic bread.

* The meal was light enough that it should have stayed down but the volume of booze was such that I ended up blowing chunks shortly after 2 am. This was one of the worst of my barfing-after-eating-too-much εβέντς and it took a while before my stomach settled down and I could go back to bed and get to sleep.

Despite an evening score of 103, I did not feel hungry last night. However, several times I did during the night I woke up feeling very hungry. I decided not to go east some dark chocolate since I wanted to see what my morning score would be. It is evident that "morning bloom" brought my blood sugar back up to 70.

You need two boxes of cake mix. One can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be Angel Food cake mix. 

Mix them together (shake them in a big bowl). Then simply store the mixture in an airtight container until you get the urge for dessert. 

Then just put three Tbsp. of the dry mixture in a big coffee mug and stir in 2 Tbsp of water.

 Microwave it for one minute and you will have a single serving of cake! 

Top with fruit, ice cream, whipped cream or whatever! Great for those of us who want something sweet every now and then without making an entire cake!!!

I woke up feeling sick and ended up vomiting. This was painful and lead to pain in my throat below my chin. I took three painkillers and that eventually killed the pain. I then had a very hard time getting out of be at 7am to go to work.

I woke up around 5 am feeling weak. I took a leak and felt so weak I had to sit down to recover before going to the kitchen. I ate three tablespoons of cottage cheese and then could not find the peanut butter. I did see an unopened box of Girl Scout shortbread cookies  and ate a couple.  then, I ate a couple of pieces dark chocolate  I went back to bed and felt the hunger quickly diminish. I slept solid until Kathie woke me up.

b I "fried" the eggs in a small fry pan with a lid covering them. The eggs fried but I think they were also steamed as the yokes were runny but the whites were firm. I'll have to try this again.

I was feeling very hungry and weak at 8 pm, just before having dinner. I was not too surprised to see I had dropped to a blood level of 64 given what little I had eaten today. I did have a small spoon of chocolate fudge in the late afternoon...
