Breakfast: some left over seasoned sausage on sour dough bread.

Lunch: left over meatloaf with slice of bread and and coffee.

Snack: some popcorn and cold tap water.

Dinner: Pizza with hamburger and cheese

Breakfast: small cinnamon pastry at Red Beards Coffee Shop

Lunch: half slice sour dough bread with

                    Peanut butter

                   Grape Jelly

             Diet Pepsji

Dinner: small baked potatoe

Had case of racing heart and stayed home when I should have gone to ER.

Fwd: Vinilla Custard

Vinallia Custard

3 eggs

 1 pint milk

1 tablespoon sugar

Almond or vanilla flavouring

Method

Beat eggs and sugar together
Boil milk and pour onto the eggs
Stir well and cook gently until the custard coats the spoon
