Snack: a chunk or two of dark chocoate
_______Dinner: three scrambled eggs, two slices of sour dough toast with grape jelly and two disks of potatoe left over from breakfast and a bottle of LandShark. I also had a little container of sugar free chocolate pudding.
Pre-Bed Snack:
I had an abrupt nose bleed. This was not the gusher nose bleed I used to get. I just wrote this and got a gusher from the right nostril.
