               slice of sour dough bread

               coffee

 
________Lunch: From Long John Silvers for:

               3 fish "planks"

               french fires (which I actually ate)

               the little sphere of batter

               medium "Diet Coke"

_______Dinner: at Guymon Petro

               salad

               small steak

               baked potatoe

               roll with butter

               apple cobbler with vanilla ice creamme

               cold water


Pre-Bed Snack: 

AM 63 PM 173

 Dinner was good and service was fine. It was worth having this dinner at Gymon Petro.

        Snack: some homemade chocolate pudding

________Lunch: chicken noodle soup

               single slice of sour dough bread with peanut butter and grape jelly

               cup of coffee  

_______Dinner: at Guymon Petro for

               salad

               steak

               baked potatoe with butter and sour creamme

               part of a piece of chocolate cake

               cold water
