  ______Snack: some little sugar powder donuts (I had a touch of hypo...)

_______Lunch: bowl of Ramon a can of Pepsi One

_______Snack: an ice creamme bar

______Dinner: a nice home cooked meal of:

• two ears of corn on the cob
• big piece of steelhead trout
• broccoli florets
• cold water

Pre-Bed Snack:  a gin and tonic
