____Breakfast: milk toast made from 

                2 slices of sour dough bread

                2% milk

               1 hard boiled egg on

               1 slice of sour dough toast

               2 cups of coffee

        Snack: several dark chocolate chips

________Lunch: At "Old Chicago" in Garden City, Kansas

               split order of garlic toast with Kathie

               baked speghetti pie with 

                 marinara sauce

                 3 types of cheese

               fudge cake with whipped creamme qnd ice creamme

               2 glasses of "Diet Pepsi" 

_______Dinner: Cheeze-Its

             ~small amount left over spaghetti

             ~ceamme of chicken soup with

             ~cheeze-it

              ~local lager (Uncle Johnny's Cream Ale)e 

Pre-Bed Snack: some dark chocolate chips*

Breakfast:  spoon sized shredded wheat and coffee

Lunch:

Dinner: at Applebys, for fish and chips and cold water

Applebys have stopped serving their fajitas and this almost caused us to get up and leave. Kathie was really disappointed and pissed off by this and it will be quite a while before we go back.
