Lunch: At a nice fish place, Alantic salmon (a half order and that was big!), baked potatoe with sour creamme and butter, salad, a cup of clam chouter (split with Kathie) and three glasses of "Diet Coke".
Dinner: A fried chicken filet on two slices of whole wheat bread and an MGD (beer).
